Gathering my many friends around a good couscous was my wish... I chose Simo who cooked us a delicious Moroccan meal... refined starters, an excellent couscous with fine and airy semolina, succulent crepes and oriental pastries. But that's not all ! a very friendly, tasteful man who decorated the dining room and the living room with candlesticks, oriental lights, plates with blue decoration, glasses and cutlery on Moroccan tablecloths... I organized a dinner for about fifteen people for my husband's birthday. Simo has set up a magical decor with a candlestick, golden plates and oriental glasses... The kitchen was up to par with several kinds of tajines, and homemade oriental pastries... It was a wonderful moment, which I hope to repeat as soon as that I will have the opportunity!
The smile and good humor are always present. He shares his memories and his tips when he prepares the meal ..... and we understand his love of cooking when we taste his dishes! 2 occasions allowed us to discover his universe, we were not disappointed. Ask him for his mint tea, it's delicious.

Really, Simo's cooking is excellent. He cooked for us several times for family events and it was the Top, both in terms of organization, and in terms of cooking. the dishes were excellent, the couscous and the tajine prepared with the right dose of spices. Faithful to Simo for some time, we enjoyed ourselves once again on Saturday! Everything from the appetizer to the pastries is absolutely delicious, and despite our habit of ordering too much food, we never have leftovers! The team is adorable, smiling and attentive.
